Sometimes I like to listen to podcasts while I'm out on a run, and I subscribe to Ted Talks. Here is one I heard over the weekend that I thought I would share. As a parent of an almost seven-year old, I find myself wondering if I am micromanaging and need to take a step back to let her think and figure it out herself! I thought other parents might feel the same and could enjoy this: http://www.ted.com/talks/julie_lythcott_haims_how_to_raise_successful_kids_without_over_parenting?utm_source=newsletter_weekly_2016-09-17&utm_campaign=newsletter_weekly&utm_medium=email&utm_content=talk_of_the_week_button&scrlybrkr=d5324782
